Mid-Level Fund/Leveraged Finance Associate

Mayer Brown LLP's US Finance practice is in search of a Mid-Level Associate, offering 3 to 6 years of experience, to bolster their fund finance and/or leveraged finance teams.

The ideal candidate will boast robust expertise in secured and unsecured lending transactions, encompassing fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance arrangements, bridge loans, and other intricate domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings.

The firm are particularly interested in individuals with a strong background in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit. Qualified candidates should also possess stellar academic credentials from law school, coupled with pertinent and sophisticated transactional experience from reputable law firms.

Positions are available in Charlotte, Chicago, and New York.
