Our client in the non-profit space is seeking a Recruiting Generalist to join their team on a DIRECT HIRE basis. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in an HR role and have experience conducting the full-cycle recruiting process.

Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000 (pay based on experience)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Generalist will execute on both administrative and strategic responsibilities and provide service in critical employee experience areas including staffing and onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
Assists in administering staffing service model, coordinating benefits administration, compensation administration, and performance management processing
Prepares paperwork, facilitates smooth new hire onboarding process, and coordinates with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day employee experience
Ensures legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and updates policies and/or procedures as required
Administers HRIS and Talent Acquisition systems, ensuring accurate digital records for employee profiles; Produces simple data reports as necessary
Assists in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational charts, and contributes to the development of policies
Conducts stay and exit interviews with resigning employees and coordinates the offboarding processing for all terminations
Serves as a resource to employees, providing consultation and answering questions on human resources and benefits related issues, referring them to other HR team members as appropriate
