Description:

Duration: 12 months

Must Have:

4 years’ experience; Minimum of 2 years Recruiting or HR onboarding experience. Business Support Coordinator handles the operational objectives of assigned activities for the Talent Acquisition Operational processes, programs, and/or services. Frequent contact with department leadership, business stakeholders, and candidates outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and confirm accuracy of offer details in advance of offer preparation.

• Develop internal and external candidate offer letters in accordance with Novo Nordisk's policy.

• Update the candidate status after offer delivery.

• Initiation of Backgrounds and onboarding paperwork

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail needed.

• Must possess knowledge in a full range of Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 3-5 years administrative, HR, or related experience.
