Physical Therapy Assistant - Archbold Brooks SIGN ON BONUS Position Description: Implement and document patient treatment per plan of care developed by the therapist across the age continuum (pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric) Provide formal and informal teaching of patients and family Understand and implement a plan of care and recognize the need for intervention by the Physical Therapist Communicate effectively both written and verbally with other healthcare personnel, the patient, family, and community members Assist patients in practicing skills in mobility and exercise Education/ Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited two-year physical therapy assistant program Licensed as a physical therapy assistant in the state of Georgia Current certification in Basic Life Support # Perks/Benefits: (for eligible employees): Have optimal opportunity for career growth within our growing organization Medical / Dental Retirement Plan PTO and paid life insurance## # What Sets Us Apart Archbold Medical Center is a four-hospital, four-nursing-home health system with 540 patient beds.
