Primary Responsibilities: * Supervise and ensure top-notch quality in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food.

* Strategically create weekly schedules and organize the crew to manage business effectively across various shifts.

* Manage inventory orders and supplies, oversee delivery accuracies, and process invoices.

* Accurately manage weekly payroll for team members.

* Uphold the highest levels of guest service, addressing and resolving guest complaints efficiently.

* Implement and maintain safety standards and sanitation practices.

* Oversee proper cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting to the corporate office.

* Provide continuous on-the-floor supervision to enhance line production and guest service.

* Conduct ongoing training, coaching, motivation, and evaluation of team members; responsible for hiring and termination as needed.

* Drive profitability and manage store reporting with precision.

* Cultivate store leadership and prepare them for future career advancement.

Requirements: * High school diploma is mandatory; some college education preferred.

* Proven management experience.

* Preferred management experience in the food service industry.

* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
