Client Support Worker 1

Mental Health Client Support Workers Inspirations - Transitions - ITR - Options Residential Treatment - Griffin and Barnesville Need full-time and part-time positions covered evenings, nights, and weekends.

Provide overall guidance of house and residents; ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff; guide, teach daily living skills, encourage, and provide a safe environment for residence; provide transportation to outside appointments such as dental, medical, judicial, psychiatric etc.; oversee daily resident chores; ensure medication is properly stored, administered and recorded; provide daily activities and groups; documentation of notes required.

Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and substance abuse disorders, NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates.

Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of: Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record Database Drug Screen Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years TB testing will be required upon appointment.

If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 per hour High school diploma or GED AND any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
