Estimated Appointment End Date (Continuous if Blank) Full/Part-Time Full time Job Type Regular Compensation na Job Description Position Open: Immediately Position Closed: Open until filled Title: Assistant Attorney General Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications Location: Oklahoma City, OK The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Pharmacy Benefit Management Compliance & Enforcement (PBM) Unit.

Position Summary: The PBM Compliance & Enforcement Unit ensures that Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) comply with the Patient's Right to Pharmacy Choice Act, Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act, and other related Oklahoma statutes and regulations.

Duties include, but are not limited to: * Collaborate with PBM agents and support staff on investigations * Receive complaints and investigate allegations of PBM regulatory violations * Handle all aspects of litigation discovery * Conduct formal administrative actions against PBMs * Provide continuing education on state requirements and regulations Qualifications: Applicants must be, or be eligible to become, a licensed attorneys in the State of Oklahoma.

Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills are required.

Litigation experience is preferred.
