The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for greeting all customers, receiving and directing all phone calls, managing the cleanliness of the showroom and overall office. They will be responsible for managing the inventory and functionality of all office supplies, devices, vendors, and events (lunches, meetings, etc...). Maintain and overall cleanliness and functionality of the office all while protecting the Company Brand.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of customer service or retail showroom experience

Understanding of clerical tasks such as shipping/receiving of packages, management of office supplies, toiletries, printing supplies, office consumables, marking supplies.

Previous experience with phone support and customer inquires
