Intake Assessment Specialist I

Full Time- Intake Assessment Specialist needed immediately to work in our Lancaster location.

Will work closely with a multi- disciplinary team under the direction of the Director and Supervisor.

Intake Specialist duties include but are not limited to: handling & routing of incoming and outgoing calls, assessments, completing crisis inquiry forms from phone calls to determine level of care, and data entry.

Manages inquiries and details related to insurance admission requirements or the ability to pay for treatment.

Bilingual (English/ Spanish) helpful.

Applicant must be a registered or certified AOD counselor, and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
