The Executive Chef role will involve managing all BOH areas, fostering a positive guest experience, and ensuring the financial success of these "Best in Class" establishments while upholding a culture of hospitality.

The Executive Chef we are looking for:

3-5 years of managerial experience

Staff training, accountability, and team development

Expertise in proper cooking techniques

Consistent delivery of quality dishes

Seasonal menu development

Menu costing

Product sourcing

Vendor relations and purchasing

Restaurant financial performance optimization
