Executive Chef 4

**Unit Description** **Sodexo** is seeking an experienced **Executive Chef 4** for **Yale New Haven Hospital -York Street** in **New Haven, CT** . **The ideal candidate will have** **prior culinary director level experience as well as experience managing managers and large front-line staff in a healthcare setting.** This role will be responsible for maintaining kitchen operations, implementing culinary systems, inventory management, financial outcomes, contract compliance as well as training and developing employees while ensuring food safety.
