Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

PrideStaff is currently searching for an experienced candidate to perform Plastic Injection Molding with one of our Grand Rapids clients! The selected candidate will have a history of proven longevity at previous companies and a willingness to grow with an organization.

This available opportunity is on 2nd and 3rd shift, located near the busline, and is available for immediate start.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Operating a molding machine

Inspection of parts to ensure customer specifications

Pack finished parts

Inform molding technician or shift supervisors of defective products

Keep work area clean

Follow 5S requirements

Qualifications:

Effective communication skills

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand regularly throughout shift

Close vision with or without corrective lenses

Basic math skills

Ability to work as part of a team
