Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for our NYC SCA project (with the ability to expand responsibilities).
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience working on SCA projects
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets
Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures
Extensive experiencing managing budgets for large construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
