We are seeking a HRIS Analyst. The HRIS Analyst is a key functional and technical resource within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Enabling the effective utilization of Workday to meet organizational needs and objectives.

Supporting and optimizing our Workday system and related tools, processes, and data. Act as a product owner of one or more components of Workday, ensuring accurate configuration, security administration, and business process design.

Enhance the overall user experience by optimizing Workday functionality and usability.

Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and complex reporting tools.

Support integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring effective data quality and reliable exchanges.

Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements.

Conduct training sessions to educate employees on Workday features and best practices.

Support the organization’s Workday strategy, including system enhancements, upgrades, and adoption initiatives.

Continuously explore and leverage Workday’s capabilities to improve HR processes and drive efficiency.

Collaborate with a team of HRIS professionals to support system administration and user needs.

Support and assist new product implementation both within Human Resources and outside the department.

Work to enhance process management and communication across teams.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS management, with a focus on Workday.

Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, directors, and other employees.

Must have ability to work independently and without supervision.

Must have typing skills.

Must be experienced with using Microsoft Office suite.

Must be well organized and display attention to detail. Must be trustworthy and dependable.

Workday certification is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of HR processes and data management

Proficiency in Workday configuration, security, and reporting.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Items:

This position involves analysis, configuration, testing, providing technical support, and delivering user training related to the HRIS system.
