Security Officer - Rover

Job Description

We are in search of FIVE Class D Licensed security rover with condominium security experience. In this position, you will be expected to patrol the property, complete guard touring rounds, submit complete incident reports via a company provided smartphone, and respond to any emergency situations that may arise.

Compensation: $17/hour

Schedules Available:

Morning (7a-3p)

Afternoon (3p-11p)

Overnight (11p-7a)

Location: Fort Lauderdale Beach

REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a valid State of Florida Class D Unarmed Security Officer License (NO blue cards)

Must be able to clearly communicate in English

Previous retail and/or condominium security experience

Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent

Must be a minimum 21 years of age

Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements

Pass an background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment/workers compensation claims, etc.)

Elite Guard and Patrol Services is also a fully licensed State of Florida Security Officer Training Center (DS 9500052). Training for Florida Unarmed Security Officers consists of a 40-hour training course from a licensed school. Classes are held every week in our Sunny Isles Beach office from 9am-5pm.
