Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls
Greet and assist onsite guests
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Processing Payments for customer
Performing Endorsements like adding a car/driver or updating coverages
Interactions with underwriters, claims or billing reps to resolve customer issues
Performing Insurance reviews with customers.
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration, customer service in insurance field
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
