Security Supervisor

Join Our Team:

C.S.D.P. Security is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations. We are looking for a professional with a strong commitment to safety and security, capable of creating a secure environment for our employees, customers, and assets. Military, law enforcement, and security backgrounds are NOT required but are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff.

Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

Develop and implement strategic security protocols and measures.

Train security staff in security awareness and protocols.

Respond to security emergencies and incidents.

Prepare daily reports and maintain security logs.

Make recommendations that will contribute to improved job performance and development

Maintain security equipment.

Review reports.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a security officer or supervisor.

Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

Excellent surveillance and emergency response skills.

Ability to lead and manage a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma; further education in security administration or similar field is a plus.

Must be willing and able to protect themselves and others from physical harm.
