Control Systems Engineer

Selectek has a Contract to Hire opportunity for a talented Control Systems Engineer in Greenville, SC to collaborate with an integrated engineering and construction firm. In this key role, you'll be the bridge between clients, vendors, construction, and other engineering groups, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.

You're a master of industrial automation with expertise in:

P&ID development

Loop sheet design

PLC system design

Control panel design

DCS/PLC/HMI programming

Instrument specifications

Field startup

Bonus points if you have:

Experience carrying projects through startup and commissioning with occasional travel

Familiarity with EthernetIP, Profinet, or other industrial ethernet protocols

Strong programming skills in ControlLogix or Siemens and experience with Wonderware, TIA Portal, or FactoryTalk View

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (required)

5+ years of relevant industrial automation experience (required)
