Attindas’ Incontinence Supplier, Home Delivery Incontinent Supplies Co. (HDIS) located in St. Louis is looking for an Director, Finance & Operations to join the team!

Job Summary

HDIS is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Director of Finance to oversee the Finance and Fulfillment functions within our organization. Reporting to the CFO of Attindas, the Director of Finance will play a crucial role as part of the business team supporting the full range of business activities by providing strategic financial guidance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving operational efficiency.

Essential Functions

Finance Management:

Oversee the finance team and the day-to-day financial and accounting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, tax reporting, treasury management, cash flow analysis, accounts payable/receivable, invoice and billing, and account reconciliations.

Conduct operational analysis and reporting to identify and drive cost-saving opportunities.

Manage working capital effectively to optimize cash flow and liquidity.

Prepare monthly variance analysis and reporting to track financial performance against targets.

Ensure compliance with audit, internal controls and regulatory standards.

Oversee the fulfillment team and ensure cross functional alignment

Strategic Leadership:

Serve as a key member of the HDIS Business Leadership Team (BLT) providing financial insights and recommendations ensuring alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Communicate financial performance and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

In collaboration with the BLT drive the development and implementation of long-term financial plans and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field

Minimum of ten years of relevant experience

Expertise with personal computer application software including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Strong negotiating and persuasive skills, both internally and with external vendors (contract negotiation). Communicate and collaborate with the divisional and corporate functions and outside vendors including banks, insurance companies, suppliers etc.

Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Mastery skill level and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, CMA or MBA preferred

Financial modeling and business intelligence experience

Prior experience with Avalara/AvaTax
