In this role, the primary function of an OTC/RTR Manager is to make sure that set Service Level Agreements and Key Measurements are met. Manage attrition and improve team members’ engagement. Lead the team in identifying process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the Overall Daily Operations:

• Manage the execution of service standards in accordance with defined service level agreements, as defined. Monitor performance by benchmarking against key KPIs and ensure Budgets and Financial targets are met.

• Develop and maintain a customer service culture throughout whole operations, instill and deliver a process excellence focus on all operations.

• Build a culture of continuous improvement through the design and development of consistent procedures and best practices. Advocate Process (re)design with Business Process Owners for Continuous Improvement & Harmonization benefits.

• Ensuring and maintaining a high standard of internal controls and compliance with internal & external policies and legislation, to meet Sarbanes-Oxley and local statutory requirements.

• Manage the customer relationships (Internal and External) and all functional aspects of the organization.

• Lead or participate functional Hillshire leadership teams, governance bodies, transformation Initiatives and other Business Imperatives and act as PMO for scope expansions.

2. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) whenever required.

3. Handle and manage operations lead responsibilities.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Exposure to US GAAP Accounting and experience in management of the administrative and transactional processes

• Knowledge of F&A processes in in BPO setting

• Excellent Verbal and Written communication

• Good computer literate/proficiency (MS-Office).

• Good ability in SAP, High Radius and Blackline systems

• Experience in Operations, (People Management skills) and handling client in new set-up.

• Should have Demonstrated team handling skills – handle about a span of 50 - 60 FTEs.

• Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change.

• High standard of integrity & self-confidence; Positive attitude

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines is met.

• Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent time management and planning skills.

• Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Accountancy, Finance, Business Management College Graduate

• Background in a Manufacturing, Financial Services.
