Responsibilities/Tasks:
Planning and directing how the food is presented on the plate
Meal prep
Making sure all the food that goes to customers is of the best quality to maintain high standards
Ordering the ingredients for the restaurant
Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the kitchen
Keeping all of the cooks on task and teaching them new menu items and techniques
Handling intensive cooking tasks that require exceptional skill
Coordinating with service staff and management to prepare for service
