The ideal Marketing Graphic Designer will support the marketing needs of internal departments, focusing on creative content development, layout, design, and copywriting. Responsibilities include layout and updates to GLIN IPA’s marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, emails, infographics, corporate templates, and the corporate website. Additionally, this role will involve writing copy for various channels including service line literature, email campaigns, social media, the GLIN IPA website, advertisements, podcasts/blogs, videos, and other materials as assigned.
The Marketing Graphic Designer candidate will establish the conceptual and stylistic direction. The goal is to produce high-end, quality graphic and digital solutions for GLIN IPA and its providers, patients, and corporate audience.
In addition to being an excellent designer, communicator, and writer, the Marketing Graphic Designer must have exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Develop engaging content for diverse marketing materials including presentations, brochures, flyers, emails, infographics, corporate templates, and the corporate website, using high-end software applications and proficient in their application.
Contribute to projects involving video editing, animations, and interactive content. Post multimedia regularly on the website, social media, and Vimeo.
Design and develop graphics for internal and external email communications. Create graphic and digital designs for review for suitable information, artwork, photography, spelling, grammar, etc.
Take responsibility for the conceptual and stylistic direction of all GLIN IPA printed and digital collateral work.
Experience with design/layout of content for a variety of media, including web, collateral, online/digital media
Designs and formats signage, fillable forms, documents, and booklets as requested by individual departments for sharing with practices, providers, and staff and informational materials for providers, such as welcome letters and booklets
Ensure all design and copy work aligns with our brand identity and effectively communicates our message to our target audience.
Draft, design, and distribute monthly newsletters for assigned audiences and write articles for Constant Contact to notify the network and staff of news, updates, changes, etc.
Maintain website, draft/design/post new content, and oversee day-to-day social media including strategy and posting schedule.
Perform any other duties as assigned by manager and leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor in Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar required
Three (3) years of experience in professional graphic design demonstrated with a portfolio is required. Experience in healthcare is preferred.
Excellent writing, communication, and editing skills
Graphic layout skills and knowledge relative to web, printed material and presentations
Responsibility to complete projects by a pre-determined deadline
Ability to work well with others and independently
Ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines
Coordinate with outside vendors for corporate collateral and promotional materials
Maintain working knowledge of current design trends, helping to keep GLIN IPA brand forward-thinking
Previous experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Excel.
Familiarity with Hootsuite
Knowledge with Podcasts and Blogs

Pay range: $25.00 to $28.00.
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to market data, education, experience, qualifications, and expertise of the individual and internal equity considerations
