Reporting directly into the SVP, Digital, the Manager of Digital Analytics will uncover insights that drive strategic decisions and optimizations for both Peter Millar and G/FORE. You will partner across our team, working with digital media, site ops, UX and merchandising to drive sustainable business growth with the power of data and insights. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy strategist with a proven track record in leveraging website analytics to drive impactful business decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Collect, analyze, and derive actionable insights from website data to drive strategic decision-making and optimization efforts. Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and automate robust reporting and dashboards to enable cross-functional stakeholders to make informed decisions, assess the effectiveness of campaigns and site content, summarize key findings and present actionable insights.

Produce monthly / quarterly business overviews, providing comprehensive summaries by channel, device, program, and product category.

Ensure consistent tracking, governance and best practices to measure and impact business goals. Advocate sound best practices and develop training to ensure teams utilize data and tools effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align website analytics initiatives with broader business goals.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and actively participate in business discussions to drive growth and profitability.

Develop KPI frameworks and digital analytics tagging recommendations to support data collection for business reporting.

Design and confirm data pipelines to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data flow.

COMPETENCIES:

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau or Power BI.

Understanding of site optimization, marketing automation and attribution methodologies and practices.

Passionate about numbers, get excited to ask why and then see the data drive to action. Your entrepreneurial spirit propels you forward as you build new capabilities with the team.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in engaging cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics or Economics.

3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights, ideally in a branded eCommerce environment.

Prior experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is helpful. Experience with SQL and R are also beneficial.
