The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Partner Relations Manager - Canada to join our Canada Partner Relations Team and take our company and platform to the next level!

What you'll be doing everyday:

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to meet enrollment objectives for institution partners

Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at partner institutions

Prospect for new partner institutions through outreach, networking, presentations

Work internally with cross-functional teams and partner institutions on new initiatives and processes improvement focused on growth and diversity recruitment

Develop strategies and tactics to deliver on regional and institutional objectives

Negotiate and execute school partnership agreements

Act as an internal point-of-contact for partner institutions within a provided portfolio

Work across teams to respond to program and school inquiries as well as requests

What you'll bring to the table:

5+ years’ experience in education industry, especially in recruitment or admissions

Strong network of existing contacts in Canadian international education sector

Knowledge of the K-12 international recruitment sector as an asset

Passion for excellence, a sense of accountability, strong work-ethic, taking pride in a job well-done, and attention to detail are all must-have traits

Project management experience and/or training

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and work independently to meet KPIs in a timely manner

Successful track-record in prospecting, qualifying, and cold calling, as required

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, quick-changing environment

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

Ability to properly prioritizing tasks and take initiative

Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts

Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity software
