Senior Tax Accountant

Paradigm is currently in search of a Tax Senior to support our client based in the Central Valley area of California. As a Tax Senior, you will bring your expertise in multi-state taxation and high-net-worth tax scenarios to manage and execute complex tax filings. This role offers significant growth opportunities for you work closely with a team dedicated to excellence in public accounting.

Type: Direct Hire Full-time

Location: Stockton, CA (Onsite for the first 6 months then Hybrid)

As a Tax Senior, you will:

Perform detailed tax work, ensuring accuracy in tax filings.

Handle tax filings for partnerships (Form 1065), C corp (Form 1120), and S-pass-through entities (Form 1120S).

Engage with high-net-worth clients (Form 1040 and related schedules) to manage complex tax scenarios.

Collaborate with colleagues to support seamless tax processes and client satisfaction.

Contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

2-3 years of experience in a CPA firm.

Strong generalist background in public accounting.

Proficient in multi-state tax issues.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
