Qualifications
About you...
Passionate about leadership and excellence in food operations.
Minimum 5 years of similar work experience as a Culinary Director or Executive Chef.
Advanced knowledge of culinary operations in multi-venue hotel that includes, but not limited to fine dining venue(s), banquets, all-day dining restaurant(s) and bar/nightlife.
A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and experience alongside excellent knowledge of great financial performance.
Able to supervise, coordinate and control all aspects of food purchases, food production and food costing on a large scale in multi-venue, luxury hotel.
Previous experience in creating menu and recipe development at luxury hotel.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Creative, driven and passionate about sustainability, with a positive mindset.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
