Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

The technical specialist will be dedicated to the operation of the Digital Signage system and displays within contracted Customer sites

The consultant will be responsible for updating, scheduling, and maintaining content on our digital signage network to maintain and improve the customer and fan experience. From promoting upcoming events to displaying sponsor advertisements and providing important venue information, your work will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for attendees.

Collaborate with various departments to gather content requirements and ensure that messaging aligns with organizational goals.

Schedule content playlists to display at appropriate times and locations throughout the venue on event day.

Monitor the performance of digital displays and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

Coordinate with external partners and sponsors to integrate their advertisements into the signage network.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital signage technology to continuously improve the guest experience.

Requirements:

Post-secondary certification in technology and / or business or equivalent work experience.

Basic networking or IT experience.

Experience integrating various technologies: A/V, networking, server, etc, etc

Proven experience in digital signage operation, content creation, or a related field.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital signage platforms

Self starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Technical aptitude for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Must to have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):

1. Audio/visual background and/or IT background

2. Experience in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, etc.

3. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules

4. Self-motivated

Nice to have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):

1. Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud

2. Project management experience (educational or professional)

3. Experience with digital signage

4. Strong attention to detail
