Overview:

The application developer interns will work closely with a team for multiple ETC Roadside software products, including machine learning-based applications and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.

Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements to existing applications.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain the stability and performance of applications.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

Good oral and written communication skills.

Positive attitude and team player.

Have a “can-do” positive attitude and the willingness to get hands dirty.

Have academic knowledge on machine learning / artificial intelligence technologies.

Expertise in Java, Python or similar programming language.

General knowledge of recent image processing/neural networks research papers is a plus.

Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies.

Preferred Education and Experience

Students currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
