Overview:

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Media Production and Manager of Media Production, this position is responsible for performing the duties required by the Media Production team, with a specific focus on video production and motion graphics. The successful candidate should have the ability to take complex concepts and ideas and turn them in to visually interesting video or 2D animated assets. Additionally, this position is responsible for tutoring personnel and oversight on all company-wide branding and design materials to ensure a singular vision. Also, candidate will be required to act as a liaison with marketing and training teams to produce any and all content. Corresponding with internal and external customers via email and telephone, and performing administrative duties as necessary. This position is based in Montvale, NJ corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities:

Develop and produce static & motion graphics assets for a variety of marketing channels. (Social media ads, web graphics, email marketing assets, etc.)

Assist in coordination and scheduling of in-house and on-location video shoots.

Create motion graphic assets for videos; title cards, lower thirds, end cards, etc.

Assist in the management of studio equipment, including upkeep and troubleshooting issues with same.

Assist in producing broadcast live streams using Blackmagic Design video switchers and Teradek video encoders.

Maintain and troubleshoot issues with in-office video walls.

Accept being accountable and responsible in work practices and expectations and deliver what is promised in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

2+ years of relevant media production experience.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.

Ability to transform general vision and context into creative and effective visual assets.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Working knowledge of Canon Pro camcorders and Blackmagic Design cameras a plus.

Basic photography skills required.

Strong collaboration skills, able to take direction and feedback positively.

Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workflow.

Proactive in staying updated on industry trends and enhancing craft skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Some travel will be required.

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $43,125-$85,200. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
