Line of Business Job Description:
This position is an Information Management Analyst role within the Business Intelligence and Investment Information Management/Wealth Management Performance Operations Group. This group is responsible for maintaining timely and accurate reporting of client performance returns for the branch office network. The firm houses client data on various custodial platforms, which feed client account activity into other platforms (PMC, Rage, First Rate, and Tamarac), used for completing performance measurement and analytics. Some of these platforms are vendor-based applications. The analyst will support the network of Financial Advisors and other branch office personnel with all aspects related to performance measurement and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Understands financial markets and average investment vehicles; including how their transactions affect performance
Has a low-level understanding of commonly used benchmarks
Understands the performance calculations and the issues that can arise
Ability to process Portfolio Managers common requests and Inquiries
