Position Overview

We're looking for a Sales Executive, SylogistMission CRM to join our team!

The Sales Executive for SylogistMission CRM will forge and sustain key relationships with potential customers and partners, focusing on nonprofit fundraising and engagement solutions to meet strategic sales targets. This role involves generating new leads across the nonprofit sector.

As a pivotal force in business process transformation, you will align our capabilities with the specific needs of top prospects and partners, guiding them through their transformation journeys. You will lead the entire sales cycle, manage a dynamic team of technical experts, and strategically engage key implementation partners from the start. Your role is to drive change and deliver impactful solutions that resonate across the market.

Responsibilities Include

Build and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline.

Achieve sales objectives consistently.

Create and nurture a positive and professional image within the industry.

Utilize strategic selling techniques to identify client needs and communicate effectively within the nonprofit sector.

Maintain strong relationships with trusted partners and keep insight into their capabilities to serve target accounts.

Organize and orchestrate remote meetings and presentations, travel to client sites, attend conferences/trade shows, perform discovery sessions, and coordinate demonstrations for potential clients.

Document sales activities with prospective clients using Sylogist's Customer Relationship Management (CRM); manage sales opportunities, activities, and sales pipeline.

Conduct competitive research and maintain knowledge of competitive products.

What We Look for in You

Must-Haves

Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in software sales or implementation in the nonprofit sector.

Proven track record of delivering sales results in the nonprofit sector.

Knowledge of CRM software and a deep understanding of business process transformation specific to the nonprofit market.

Expertise in relationship building, identifying and establishing strong connections with key business decision-makers, using sales best practices and leveraging partner relationships.

Ability to envision and articulate industry-based solutions that address the pains and needs of business decision-maker personas in the nonprofit sector.

Expertise in differentiating our solution offerings from competitors and presenting them compellingly to customers.

World-class communication skills, capable of effectively presenting to senior executive and C-suite level stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail, along with superior writing and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple competing objectives, quickly adapt to change, and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.

Experience managing external partner relationships and strategic thinking to make sound decisions and recommendations.

Proven ability in leading complex projects and orchestrating virtual teams to achieve shared goals and impactful outcomes.

Nice-to-Haves

More than 5 years of management responsibility.

Experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
