The experienced Commercial Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the execution of processes and operational activity to enhance service levels and supporting revenue growth, operating margins and driving a culture of customer service excellence.

Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

Collaborating and working with the regional sales team and internal functional teams to execute agreed priorities/objectives for each territory and align resources/deliverables to achieve collective commercial goals.

Driving the creation, maintenance and adherence of performance metrics for the assigned region.

Acting as primary interface between regional sales team members and divisional HQ to support fulfillment of daily inventory needs for surgery demand within assigned region.

Coordinating movement of inventory across assigned region and ensuring accurate transactional information is available through CRM and ERP platform.

Partnering with sales team to optimize the movement of product with least cost to the organization.

Reviewing the daily and weekly surgery demand and supporting other team members to ensure appropriate plans are in place to meet the required surgery requirements.

Working with team leaders to proactively resolve known inventory constraints by collaborating with other regional team members.

Communicating order status to stakeholders and driving oversight of order fulfillment process enabling high level of order service level.

Determining root cause and corrective action in case of order problems.

Training and developing through knowledgebase to ensure accuracy in interpretation of customer needs.

Identifying and measuring KPIs for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Participating in documenting current processes and assisting in developing best practices for the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s Degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Working knowledge of ERP and CRM Systems.

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (Power BI experience preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access).

Familiarity using JD Edwards, Salesforce or similar system preferred.

Medical device experience preferred.
