Job Description

Staff on Site is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk for a company in South Beloit, IL.

Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm.

Pay rate: $17.00-18.00/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

•2-5 years clerical experience in accounting or finance-related function

•Pharmaceutical experience a plus

•Good analytical and math skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency

•Strong work ethic

•Attention to detail

•Ability to follow supervisory direction

•Ability to follow Company SOPs in a quality-oriented environment

•Ability to multitask or change priorities as needed

•Ability to work independently or as part of the team

•High school diploma or GED equivalent
