As a Customer Service Executive, your primary responsibilities will include: Job description • Appointment slotting for prospective customers.
• Understand the applicant requirement and provide appropriate advise / information • Documentation – scrutiny / checking and submission • Data Quality of application information submission • Biometrics – fingerprint scanning • Segregation of application as per service • Collection, handover & deposit of Cash for the day.
• Delivery of application to mission on the same day.
• Selling Value Added services • Constantly updating self on product knowledge.
• Flexible to work in a different location and shift timings.
Additional Skills are Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent typing skills - minimum 40WPM with zero errors • Experience of handling customers at least for 6months- 1 year • Flexibility in working hours.
