Job Description:

MHCGM’s Child and Adolescent department, an experienced, dedicated, and family-focused practice, is seeking candidates for an opportunity in our Child and Adolescent Program. We currently have openings on the Family Intensive Treatment Team, Level 2, and Level 3 Team. Family Intensive Treatment Team:

Seeking Masters Level NH licensed or license eligible clinician to provide hybrid and/or community based individual and family therapy. Applicant will also provide linkage to and consultation with community resources. Position provides a flexible schedule, great benefits, rewarding work, and dedicated colleagues. Requires experience with children, teens, and families; strong work ethic; organization; and time management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work on an outpatient treatment team to provide individual and family therapy

· Targeted care coordination

· Willingness to learn state-of-the-art evidenced based practice

· Use of electronic medical records

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Interest in training in evidence-based practices offered in the department

· Organizational skills

· Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy

Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.

Licensure/Certification: NH license welcomed but not required as we are able to support employees in obtaining their license.

Level 2 Team

Seeking a Master Level Clinician for Child & Adolescent department. The ideal candidate is seeking a hybrid remote/office-based position to provide therapy and case management services to children, adolescents and their families. Offers flexible schedule, great benefits, rewarding work, and dedicated colleagues. Full time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide individual and family therapy

· Provide case management: linkage to and consultation with community resources

· Consultation with medication providers and clinical staff

· Develop and maintain treatment plans for children and adolescents

· Opportunity for growth in utilizing evidence-based practices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Basic understanding about mental health disorders and psychotropic medications

· Ability to build and maintain rapport with children, adolescents and their families

· Culturally sensitive

· Strong organizational, communication and time management skills

· Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Education: Position requires a master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or other related field.

Experience: The position requires experience with children, teens, and families, a strong work ethic, and efficient organizational, communication and time management skills.

Licensure/Certification: NH LICSW or LCMHC licensing preferred.

Level 3 Team

Seeking a Master Level or Licensed Clinician to provide hybrid and/or community based therapeutic treatment in our Child and Adolescent department. Provides flexible schedule, great benefits, rewarding work, and dedicated colleagues in a team atmosphere. Requires experience with children, teens, and families; a strong work ethic; and efficient organizational, communication, and time management skills. Supervision hours towards NH licensure provided at no cost. Full time position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Bi-weekly individual and family therapeutic sessions with children, teens, and families

· Includes community connections with occasional home visits and/or driving clients

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

· Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills

· Willingness to work in a team environment

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy

Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or a related field from an

Experience/Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license, an automobile with liability insurance, and clean background and driving record checks.

· Experience working in the human services field a plus

· Ability to work as an effective team player

· Knowledge of mental health/ therapeutic interventions

Licensure/Certification:
