Description

- Assist in the preparation and execution of dishes by the sushi chef

- Setup station, Prep, Fry Tempura Rolls

- Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling procedures

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of sushi work areas

- Assist with dishwashing, restocking and cleaning duties as neededRequirements:

Requirements

- Minimum of one month sushi experience. Casino setting a plus.

- Able to produce simple rolls such as California, Shrimp Tempura,Spicy Tuna Rolls and Poke the first week of training

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or dietary department

- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

- Ability to handle and use kitchen tools, including knives, safely and efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and menu accurately according to Dragon Tiger Sushi recipes.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
