Entry Level Sales Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers

Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and quotas

Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and achieve team goals

Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services

Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

Matric certificate or equivalent

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
