Job Details: Employer Name: 9151-8688 Québec Inc Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Lmia Early childhood educator Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.

Child Supervision: Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment.

Individualized Care: Provide personalized attention and support to each child, addressing their unique needs and fostering a positive self-image.

Parental Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.

Behavior Management: Guide and support children in developing positive behaviors and social skills through appropriate discipline techniques.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents that occur.

Health and Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children by following established policies and procedures, including hygiene and emergency protocols.

Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications: Education: A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Certification: Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from a recognized institution is preferred.

First Aid and CPR certification is required.

Experience: Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Language: Proficiency in English or French is required; bilingualism is an asset.
