General Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Proven work experience as a Cost Controller, Cost Accountant, or similar role
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Professional certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus
