Customer Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven customer sales agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products to potential customers over the phone or via email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Sell our products to potential customers over the phone or via email

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell products

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a sales representative or customer sales agent

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
