General Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including travel agencies and corporate clients.

Provide product information and recommendations to customers, and answer any questions they may have.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.

Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all customer needs are met.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of sales principles and practices.

Ability to travel as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
