Job Summary:

The BCI Sales Representative will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele, including the Northern Lights Drone Shows, Events at our Ember Lodge, and groups for our Bear Paw Adventure Park.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. Finds and contacts potential leads for possible sales. Maintains organized tracking of all contacts/potential sales/realized sales.

Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests BCI products and services to meet those needs and complete the sale.

Demonstrates the functions and utility of BCI products to customers based on their needs including Northern Lights Drone Shows.

Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

Constantly informs of and markets BCI products to potential customers. Informs existing clients of new products and offers.

Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software.Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR five years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Must be able to travel to meet and service clients.
