Senior HVAC Design Engineer

Job Description

Our client, a multi-discipline engineering firm that provides a comprehensive range of services, is on the lookout for a qualified Senior HVAC Engineer to join their Mechanical Engineering team in the Monroe, NJ area.

Requirements include:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering

· PE License preferred

· 10-15 years’ experience

· Proficient in HVAC Load Calculations

· Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit

· Knowledge of Energy Modeling Calculations

· Technical writing skills required

· Proficient in the development of specifications

· Knowledge in ductwork and all HVAC piping systems

· Knowledge in Infrastructure and Commercial Facilities

· Capable of supervising staff engineers and designers

· Knowledge of steam and chiller water plant engineering and design a plus

· Extensive field survey experience

· Extensive experience with Construction Administration
