This position is fully remote, and direct hire.

Salary: $110,000- $145,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with Oracle BI experience. Company provides textile management solutions to the healthcare industry, based in Atlanta, GA.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will consult with leadership teams to identify needs, gather necessary data, conduct detailed analyses, provide user-friendly and actionable reporting, and facilitate process/data improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is confident, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Consult with cross-functional teams to identify data and analytical needs.

Gather necessary data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Conduct detailed analyses using statistical methods and tools such as Oracle BI, Prophix Software, SQL Server, SAP Crystal Reports, and others as needed.

Provide user-friendly avenues for sharing actionable data, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Review insights and findings with leadership to assist in decision-making processes.

Facilitate related process and data improvement efforts based on analysis findings.

Prepare regular monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports, as well as ad hoc reports as needed.

Utilize written communication skills to draft persuasive requests, define problem areas, and prepare project evaluation reports.

Identify and evaluate both concrete and abstract variables relevant to data analysis.

Plan, coordinate, and initiate action necessary to implement recommendations derived from data analysis.

Interact with personnel at all organizational levels, effectively communicating complex analytical findings.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

Organize and oversee work, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Requirements:

3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

MUST HAVE:2+ years experience with each of the following: Oracle Database, Oracle BI, SQL, Crystal Reports

Experience with Prophix Software is highly desired (but not required)

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, building cubes, creating/writing reports, and data visualization techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
