CRUCIAL LINK is hiring for a

Saw Machine Operator

in Cleveland 44111 (W. 150th Area)

This is a temp-to-hire position.

Monday - Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm (no weekends!)

$22+/hr, depending on experience, however experience is not necessary to apply.

This will be a lengthy interview process (3 interviews with the Production Manager and/or President of the company). They want to ensure they are getting the right person to add to the “family.”

SAW MACHINING DEPARTMENTPHYSICAL ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the workday, bend at the knees to facilitate lifting, and bend at the waist to lean into machine tool enclosures to load and unload parts.

Ability to climb on bed of large mills to properly seat materials with fixturing tape to secure for machining.

Ability to stand and or walk around the plant for the duration of the workday.

Ability to work a 40-hour standard shift and overtime hours when necessary.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.

Ability to be trained to use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.

Ability to be trained to use basic shop match calculations.

Possess a valid driver's license and can be insured by the Company.

SAW MACHINING DEPARTMENTS SUMMARY:

Sets up and operates computerized and manual machinery to fabricate rigid and flexible parts by performing the following duties according to Company needs, applicable policies, and ISO procedures.
