Job Title: California Design PE - Public Works Superstar Wanted!

Are you a design dynamo with a passion for public works projects? Do you dream in Civil 3D? We're on the lookout for a California Design PE (Professional Engineer) to join our team and help us create infrastructure magic across the Golden State!

Location: Sunny California (Remote options available)

Responsibilities of PE:

Lead design efforts for a variety of public works projects, from roads and bridges to water treatment facilities and beyond

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications using Civil 3D software

Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess project requirements

Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members

Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

Maintain compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Qualifications for PE:

Valid PE license in California (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months)

Proficiency in Civil 3D (we're talking wizard-level skills)

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in public works projects

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
