Job Description:

We are currently seeking a caring and experienced pediatric nurse to join our team for a home health case in the Brandon area. This position is for a pediatric patient and requires coverage on Mondays and Fridays from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

North Bay Home Health is a home health agency that services the greater Tampa area. North Bay is designed to provide continuous care to our clients.

North Bay Home Health is a provider of in-home care services specially designed to ensure the needs of our pediatric patients (ranging from infants to young adults) are a priority. We provide assistance to parents/guardians with daily caregiving needs. We focus on ensuring care that mirrors the request set forward by the Pediatrician and the clients’ Primary Care Provider. NBHH offers an array of home-based services that assist individuals with full recover or the ability to manage their condition all in the comfort of their own home.

What you will do at North Bay Home Health:

· Provide in-home, specialized care to a pediatric patient one on one for a total of 12 hours

· Follow Physicians orders in evaluating and caring for the patient and advise Physician of any changes in patient's condition or needs:

· Maintain appropriate preventative practices and procedures

· Prepare clinical and progress notes for individual patients to include physical and mental conditions of clients as well as signs and symptoms indicative of changes of condition

· Must be dependable and communicate effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.

License:

· Current and active FL or Multistate LPN/RN license (Required)

· BLS CPR card MUST be through American Red Cross or American Heart Association

Experience:

· Pediatric experience (preferred)

· G-tube, Trach and Vent experience (must)

· At least one year home health experience/acute care· Dialysis

Schedule: Requires 6-hour shifts

Pay Rate

· LPN $23-$29/hr. RN $29-$33/hr.
