Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with order entry and inventory management
Provide administrative support to the team
Maintain a clean and organized front desk areaRequired Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Previous experience in a medical office setting and knowledge of insurances
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Proficient in using Excel and other office software applications
Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Knowledge of medical office procedures, pain management a PLUS
