Job Summary

As a Provider, you will play a vital part in our clinics by providing essential support through a combination of clinical and administrative duties. Your integral role in our medical practice encompasses providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians, and assisting with the efficient functioning of the clinic, ultimately contributing to improved healthcare outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional patient experiences characterized by a positive and empathetic attitude. You will actively address patient concerns and provide education to promote better outcomes.

Your ability to accurately assess patients will enable you to recognize serious conditions promptly, facilitating timely care, including specialist consultations and advanced imaging when necessary.

Efficiently managing clinic flow will be a priority, ensuring minimal wait times and adapting to schedule changes or relocations as needed.

Demonstrating dependability, punctuality, and honesty, you will diligently manage tasks, including thorough documentation of patient charts.

Promoting a collaborative and solution-oriented team environment, you will celebrate colleagues' successes, offer assistance, and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Working alongside scribes, you will optimize direct patient care using state-of-the-art facilities, while collaborating with a physician-led Aftercare team for ongoing follow-up and coordination of patient care.

Your willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, processes, systems, and technology will contribute to your success in this role.

Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in PA Studies or FNP

Completion of Accredited PA/FNP Program and clinical rotations in various medical specialties, such as internal medicine, family medicine, surgery, pediatrics, emergency medicine, occupational medicine, and others.

New York State Certification and Licensure as PA/FNP

At least 1 year of experience working as a PA/FNP and using EMR systems.

All training required for NYS registration including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training

Strong understanding of HIPAA Compliance

Valid DEA Registration

Valid Medication Administration Training (MAT) Certificate

Valid CDL Certification

Suboxone certified (highly recommended but not required)

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.

Requirements

Reliable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 25 Mbps.

Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus.

Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) with regular updates.

RAM: Minimum 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking.

Hard drive: At least 128 GB of free storage space for software and data.

Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication.

Updated antivirus software to ensure data security and protection against cyber threats. Having a VPN is preferred but not required.

Reliable backup systems for electricity and internet outages in place.

Full-Time Schedule Telemedicine Provider:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; Weekends: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Full-Time In-Clinic Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 12 hours shift depending on the clinic hours and location; Weekends, 5 hours to 8 hours
