Responsibilities:

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals, including:

Planning and developing Functions

Developing APEX classes, writing test cases

Creating individual screens using LWC/AURA frameworks

Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements

Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully

Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances

Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflows

Collaborate with various internal departments, including Business and IT, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance

Support of Salesforce IT Operation teams in incident investigations and resolution, and in data migration processes.

As Senior Developer, coordinates the professional work of other Salesforce developers, trains junior developers.

Requirements (experience & skills):

Minimum 3 year experience with Salesforce development

Salesforce Platform Developer certification

Fundamental object-oriented programming concepts

Participation in minimum 3 Salesforce integration projects

Data management, modelling and security

Experience creating components in LWC/AURA frameworks

Proficiency in Salesforce, Visualforce, Lightning framework and APEX

Proven experience in GIT version control system

Should know

Developer console,

Web services,

SQL,

Salesforce Object Query Language

APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming) and other integration mechanism

Test and Deploy

Code analysis and their functionality, debugging, developing, modifying apex classes, test classes and triggers

Developed Unit testing, implement APEX Test Classes

Deployment Settings, Inbound, outbound Change Sets

Advantages:

Other Salesforce certifications are plus

Experience with cloud computing (Einstein Analytics) and integrating the 3rd party Apps with Salesforce is plus

Documented knowledge in Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud modules

Experience in Salesforce integration via WebLogic middleware

Work experience in multinational company

Soft skills:

Communication / Interpersonal Skills – Competence to collaborate and work smoothly with other taskforce / clients with equal ease and confidence

Analytical Skills – Detailed analysis of customer requirements and to be able convert that into appropriate design and code

Problem Solving Skills – Ability to manage and monitor bugs / errors and find relevant solutions quickly

Project Management – To some extent, developers must have basic project management skills to execute their portions on time and gel well with each other
